Our Team and Products

Jibble Group is a growth stage startup in the Workforce Management space that fully embraces remote work. We are headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with 70+ staff in 13 different countries.

We created PayrollPanda.my and Jibble.io, founded in 2016 and 2017, respectively. PayrollPanda is Malaysia’s leading cloud payroll software, and Jibble is workforce management app available worldwide. We’re working to unify both products within a single platform.

We recently raised US$2.5m at a $33m valuation, ARR (annual recurring revenue) is growing by over 300% p/a as we close in on becoming the leading HR SaaS company in South-East Asia, with 1600+ paying customers across 50+ different countries.

About The Position

We’re looking for a highly experienced back-end developer to work on the Jibble cloud product. It’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer who is looking for a new challenge with a fast-growing startup targeting the fastest-growing region in the world - South-East Asia. The position offers a highly competitive salary and equity in the company. You will also have the chance to join our annual company meetups around the world once you’re a confirmed team member.

Our current Jibble and PayrollPanda products have been built using the Node.JS framework but for Jibble 2.0 we’ll be using ASP.NET Core and C#

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building Jibble 2.0 using the new ASP.NET Core tech stack
  • Improving existing features of the product and work on new features as we continue to scale
  • Ensuring code quality and standards while meeting deadlines and delivering targets set by the product team.
  • Working closely with the product manager and designer in preparing and approving the scope of work for development teams.

Job requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of commercial development experience
  • At least 5+ years of .NET & C# experience
  • Prior Node.JS & Postgre SQL experience is desirable
  • Agile (Kanban) software development experience
  • Experience working in remote teams is an advantage
  • Located within UTC - UTC+8 time zones
