About The Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting Sales Representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales by scheduling appointments.

To be a successful Sales Coordinator, you must have excellent communication, organizational, administrative and problem solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Who we are looking for:

  • 1-5 years of working experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in Business to Business lead generation and sales is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, structured and a desire to learn and succeed
  • We are looking for fluent or native English speaker

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Qualify and follow-up with leads via phone and email
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Nurture leads via proactive follow-up via phone and email
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Continuously improve team’s performance
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Work closely with the field sales team to coordinate meetings and further optimise sales strategy
