We’re growing fast and looking to hire a Inside Sales Representative with a strong experience in B2B SaaS Business to help us reach our aggressive goals for 2020.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism over the phone and follow up with customers. You will play a key role in reaching out to local businesses to build relationships. We are looking for driven and excited individuals who thrive in pushing boundaries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and following up on leads
- Conduct online product demos
- Understanding customers' needs and offering solutions and support
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
We are looking for:
- At least 1 - 3 years in B2B Software Sales specifically
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to people all day
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
