About The Role:

We’re growing fast and looking for a Director/VP with a strong experience in scaling a B2B SaaS Business to help take us to the next level.

As the Director/VP of Marketing you'll be directly responsible for bringing our marketing efforts to the next level. You are one of the biggest contributors to company growth by defining, improving and executing on our marketing strategy and increasing budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify key hires, recruit and manage the marketing team.
  • You will define, monitor and optimize Jibble's marketing & growth strategy based on business goals.
  • Plan, execute, scale and optimize the performance of SEM, Inbound, Engagement campaigns and all marketing materials.
  • Work in line with product managers and customer success to ensure product is delivering exceptional value to customers and converting prospects.
  • Plan and execute new pricing plan strategy.
  • Identify and execute on channel and new growth opportunities.

We are looking for:

  • A motivated and self-driven marketer with a startup-hustle mentality.
  • At least 10+ years in digital marketing, search, inbound and content.
  • At least 5+ years in a Managerial position and 2+ years experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You’re an expert in strategising, executing and optimising SEM and Inbound channels.
  • Experience in growing a B2B SaaS business from $1M ARR to $10+M ARR.
  • A strong, independent team leader who can work remotely from their home or co-working space with our team in Europe and South-East Asia.
  • You must be a native English speaker.
